Information collected
FieldHours may collect account identifiers, email and display name, legal name, professional credential type and identifier, course enrollment, payment reference and status, timed-page activity, knowledge-check attempts and results, completion evidence, certificate and reporting status, support requests, complaint statements, case notes, refund actions, and technical security records.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate learners, process enrollment, operate attendance controls, evaluate knowledge checks, issue and verify completion records, report credit when required, investigate and resolve complaints, process approved refunds, prevent misuse, maintain the service, and meet legal or regulatory duties. Automated discrepancy flags support human review and are not treated as a fraud determination by themselves.
Service providers and regulators
FieldHours uses service providers for hosting, identity, data storage, and payment processing. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored in the FieldHours course database. Records may be provided to the applicable licensing regulator, workforce authority, another authorized oversight body, or a service provider when necessary for course administration, reporting, audit, security, or legal compliance.
Retention
Completion and supporting course records are retained for the course-specific period shown to the learner, never less than two years. Documented student complaint cases are retained for the period assigned to that course when the case is opened and never for less time than the underlying course record. Payment, tax, security, dispute, or legal records may be kept longer when reasonably required.
Choices and corrections
Learners may request access to or correction of their FieldHours information. Some course, payment, and reporting records cannot be deleted while a legal, regulatory, audit, security, or dispute-retention duty applies.
Security
FieldHours uses authenticated access, server-side course records, restricted administrative tools, and private record archives. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and learners should protect their account access.
